In July 1996, brothers Alexander and Frank Hipp founded Hipp Endoskop Service GmbH in the heart of the medical technology metropolis of Freiburg, influenced by their sound training as surgical mechanics. With their eexpert knowledge gained at renowned endoscopy and medical technology manufacturers, they built a solid foundation for what we do today. Frank expanded his know-how through four formative years in the USA, where he immersed himself deeply in the world of endoscopy. Alexander
followed him and later set another milestone in Holland by founding a specialized endoscope store. Based on this vision, Frank returned to Germany to join Alexander in laying the foundations for our current position as a leading provider in the development, manufacture and maintenance of medical and industrial endoscopes.
